Vietnamese singer Duc Phuc wins Russia’s Intervision song contest

Vietnamese singer Duke Fook won the Russian Songs Competition, which was held in Moscow on Saturday.

Vietnam was among the 23 countries participating in the Soviet era competition, which was returned by President Vladimir Putin three years after Russia banned Eurofigen because of its widespread invasion of Ukraine.

Putin said he was confident that the event would become “one of the most well -known events in the world.”

The Ukraine Foreign Ministry said it considers the intervention 2025 “a tool for hostilities and means to whiten the aggressive policy of the Russian Federation.”

The organizers said that China and India were among the participants, but the Australian generator Fassi, who represents the United States, withdrew at the last minute due to “unprecedented political pressure from the Australian government.”
