Trump and Netanyahu agree new US peace plan for Gaza

US President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu say they have agreed to a new peace plan for Gaza and warned Hamas against accepting it.

The plan proposes an immediate end to military operations, as Hamas launches 20 alive Israeli hostages and residues more than twenty hostages believed to have died within 72 hours, compared to hundreds of detainees.

A Palestinian source said to the BBC’s ceasefire negotiations that Hamas officials had received the 20 -point White House proposal.

He demands that Hamas will not have a role in the Gaza administration, and leave the door open to a Palestinian state in the end.

Speaking at a press conference after talks at the White House, Trump launched the plan “a historic day of peace.”

But he said that Netanyahu would support us to do what he must do if Hamas does not agree with the plan.

Then Netanyahu said that Israel “will finish the mission” if Hamas rejects or not to follow it.

British Prime Minister Sir Kerr Starmer welcomed the plan, saying: “We call on all parties to meet and work with the American administration to finish the touches on this agreement and bring it to a reality. Hamas must now agree to the plan and end misery, by setting their arms and release all the remaining hostages.”

The proposal, if followed, will start with the immediate stopping of military operations. She also says that the current “battle lines” will be frozen in place until the conditions are fulfilled to withdraw.

Under the plan, Hamas was putting its arms and its tunnels and weapons production facilities would be destroyed.

The plan also says once twenty Israeli hostages and the remains of the hostages are believed to be dead, Israel will launch hundreds of invaders of the detainees.

For every Israeli hostage, its remains are launched, Israel will issue the remains of 15 dead Ghazan, as the plan says.

He also adds that once the two sides agree to the proposal, “full assistance will be sent immediately to the Gaza tape.”

The United States also shows its plan for the future Gaza administration. She says that the “Palestinian non -political technocratic committee” will temporarily control and supervise by a new international transitional body, called the Peace Council, which will be chaired by Trump. ”

The former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Tony Blair, and other leaders “who will be announced”, will be part of the Board of Directors. Blair called the plan “bold and smart.”

The plan adds that Hamas should have any role in governance, “directly, indirectly, or in any way.”

A lot of plan focuses on what the United States calls the “Economic Development Plan” to rebuild Gaza. It also says that “Israel will not operate or catch Gaza,” and its forces will withdraw from the region in stages over time.

In a transformation from Trump Previous dataThe Palestinians will not have to leave Gaza, and instead, the document said: “We will encourage people to stay and provide them with the opportunity to build a better Gaza.”

The plan also leaves the door open to a final Palestinian state.

“Qatari and Egyptians handed over the White House plan to end the war in Gaza to Hamas officials in Doha,” a Palestinian source said to the BBC.

Earlier, a senior BBC official told that the group has been open to study any proposal that could end the war in Gaza, but stressed that any agreement should protect Palestinian interests, ensure a full Israeli withdrawal from Gaza and bring the war to some extent.

In response to a question about the group’s weapons, the official said: “Resistance weapons are a red line as the occupation continues.

“The issue of weapons can only be discussed within the framework of a political solution that guarantees the establishment of an independent Palestinian state on the 1967 borders.”

The announcement of the plan comes a few days after Netanyahu attacking the recognition of a Palestinian state by multiple Western countries during a combat speech at the United Nations General Assembly.

Netanyahu described the recognition of moving the “shame” that sent a message that “killing the Jews are paying.”

Dozens of officials and diplomats wandered while he was moving to the platform, leaving large parts of the empty conference hall.

While Trump has strongly supported Netanyahu since his return to the White House for a second term, he has become increasingly frustrated with him in recent weeks.

Trump has been disturbed by Israel’s recent strike of Hamas members in the US ally of the main country.

Before the press conference on Monday, Netanyahu called on Prime Minister Muhammad bin Abdul Rahman bin Jassim Al Thani from Qatar from the White House to express his deep regret in which Israeli missiles were unintentionally killed.

The Israeli army launched a campaign in Gaza in response to the Hamas -led attack on southern Israel on October 7, 2023, where about 1,200 people were killed and 251 others took hostage.

At least 66,055 people have been killed in Israeli attacks in Gaza since then, according to the Hamas Ministry of Health in the region.

An unpredictable body confirmed that the famine was taking place in Gaza City. Earlier this month, the United Nations Investigation Committee concluded that Israel committed the genocide in Gaza – which Israel is strongly rejected.
