Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs begs judge for mercy ahead of sentencing

The convicted rap pole, Sean “Didi”, wrote a letter to the judge who supervises his criminal trial, asked for indulgence during his sentence and blame for his previous behavior for drug addiction.

In the four -page message, he apologizes for “all the harm and pain that it caused” and says that it was repaired after spending 13 months in Brooklyn Prison.

The message comes on Thursday hours before the ruling session at 10:00 East time (15: 00GMT) on Friday.

In July, he was convicted of two accusations of prostitution, and he is now facing up to 20 years in prison. Prosecutors are searching for a penalty of at least 11 years, but the compressors lawyers are asking for his release later this month.

In his letter to Judge Aaron Supermanian, Comles apologizes for attacking his ex -girlfriend, singer Cassandra Ventura, writing: “I literally lost my mind.”

“I am sorry for that and I will always be.” “My household violence will always be a heavy burden that will have to carry it forever.”

He also apologizes to an unknown woman who witnessed during the trial under the name “Jin” and says he “lost in drugs and increased.”

“I lost my way,” he wrote. “My fall was rooted in a selfish.

The two defendants also wrote to the judge, describing how he used his authority and influence to destroy their lives, and their fears that he would seek revenge if they were released.

“I am so afraid that if he is walking free, his first actions will be the rapid revenge towards me and the others who spoke.”

She added that she believes that he deserves a long punishment, and wrote: “He has no interest in change or becomes better. He will always be the same harsh man, thirsty for power, which he is.”

In his letter, Combs describes the teaching of a chapter for his colleagues in “what she did to become a successful businessman”, describing himself as a changing person now soaked for the first time in 25 years.

“The old man died in prison and was again a new version.”

The comb was going to ask the judge about mercy, “not only for my interest, but for my children.” He asked the judge to think about his seven children, and his 84 -year -old mother underwent a brain surgery recently.

He notes that the judge may tend to give an example, and instead he asks that he has made an example of “what a person can do if he gets a second chance.”

Combs is also expected to speak in court on Friday before the judge in the ruling. Four of its lawyer is scheduled to speak, and the defense team is also planned to show a 15 -minute video. It is not clear what the video might include.

In July, a jury was acquitted of the most accused: blackmail and sex trafficking – which could have eliminated the rest of his life behind bars. He was convicted of two charges of transportation to engage in prostitution.

Prosecutors say he is “unlike” and argued that rapper must spend at least 11 years in prison.

“The defendant is trying to reformulate contracts of abuse as simply the function of mutual toxic relationships,” the prosecutors wrote on a file on September 29. “But there is nothing mutual about a relationship where one person carries all the strength and the other ends with blood and bruises.”
