Ukraine emergency services say at least 31 people were killed and that dozens of others were wounded in a Russian ballistic missile strike in the northeastern city of Sumi.
The city is about 30 miles (48 km) from the Russian border.
After publishing it on Telegram, President Zelinski says that Russia struck the Sumi Center “on the day people go to the Church – Palm Sunday, the feast of the Lord entering Jerusalem.”
