Punxsutawney Phil makes weather prediction

People gathered for the annual Earth’s rat in the Guller handle in the town of Bonksotao, Pennsylvania.

Punxsutawnyy Phil, Groundhog shared his prediction with the only man he can understand – Punxsutawnyy Club.

Simple rules: If he sees Phil, Groundhog, his shadow while sitting over the tree trunk, there will be six other weeks of winter.
