Millions of ‘lovebugs’ swarm hikers in South Korea

The hikers in Jiangan Mountain in South Korea found an unexpected surprise at the top – a large group of “love tools”.

In a joint video on social media, the park who visited the mountain was seen covered with small insects and removed it with an electric zapper.

He told local media that the mountain was “covered with mistakes” that formed a “thick carpet”.

Loverbugs has appeared – given the name because of its usual flying in pairs – in large numbers across parts of South Korea in the past few years, according to local reports.
