Local media reports say Wen, who is not an actor, intends to plead guilty.
This is not the first time that Wayne, who describes himself as “the most hateful arrogant man,” has stormed a concert or event.
His Instagram page includes clips of him crashing other celebrity events, including jumping on stage at Katy Perry’s concert in Sydney in June this year. He did the same thing at a concert by The Chainsmokers last December.
If found guilty, he could be fined up to S$2,000 (US$1,540, £1,170).
Fans had previously called for his arrest and deportation.
“There has to be action [taken] “Against him because this is clearly a criminal offense,” one Instagram user wrote in a comment on a video clip that Wayne posted about his action.
“Oh, you do this a lot… How are you not in prison?” one Instagram user wrote.
