The FLOTILLA Alliance (FFC) said that the ship, which left Sicily on Friday, was carrying humanitarian assistance and was “ready for an Israeli attack.”
Katz said that the purpose of the siege was “preventing the transfer of weapons to Hamas” and was necessary for Israel’s security because it was seeking to destroy the Palestinian armed group Hamas.

He added: “To address the crew directly:” To Greta, anti -Semitic, and her colleagues spokesman for advertising in Hamas, I say clearly: You must return – because you will not reach Gaza.
“Israel will spend any attempt to break the siege or help terrorist organizations – at sea, in the air, and on the ground.”
FFC described the minister’s statement as an example of Israel, which threatens the illegal use of force against civilians and “attempting to justify this violence with tubes.”
“We will not be afraid. The world is watching,” said FFC.
“The Madleen is a civilian ship, unarmed and sailing in international waters, and carries humanitarian aid and human rights from all over the world … Israel has no right to obstruct our efforts to reach Gaza.”
The group added that the ship had previously witnessed a temporary signal, causing its location near Jordan.
