Online food delivery platforms in India intensify their health -focused offers, with protein -rich meals appearing quickly as a major dining option. From the calorie lists to gluten -free options, the trend reflects the increasing demand for comfortable and nutritious meals.
The online delivery platform, Swiggy, announced on Thursday that it had expanded the high protein category to more than 160 cities. The platform now offers more than a million protein rich plates across 1.4 Lakha restaurants. Besides, the MINIS-protein offered the hidden size that provides 5-15 grams of protein, each-targeted in users looking for fast and balanced options.
The company also added three new sub -categories – Low Cal, No Fry, and gluten -free – to simplify the discovery of users with specific nutritional needs. The low Cal group features dishes less than 400 kilograms of lion, while no spoiled, roasted, roasted, and steamed elements. Gluten -free focus on millet, quinoa and other alternatives for those who avoid traditional pills.
