CAIRO (Reuters) – The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) has approved a list of names of 34 hostages provided by Israel to be exchanged in a potential ceasefire agreement, a Palestinian Hamas official told Reuters on Sunday.

The official, who spoke on condition of anonymity due to the sensitivity of the matter, confirmed that any agreement is conditional on reaching an agreement on an Israeli withdrawal from Gaza and a permanent ceasefire.
