Someone died and another missing after it swept a massive fire across parts of southern France, which destroyed homes and forced thousands to evacuate.
The fire broke out on Tuesday near the village of La Ribau in the Aude area, and more than 13,000 hectares (50 square miles) were already burned – a larger area of Paris – making it the largest fire in France this year.
At least 25 homes and more than 2,500 homes without electricity were destroyed.
More than 1,800 firefighters were deployed, supported by 500 vehicles, in the area.
