Airlines Delta and United sued for selling ‘window seats’ without windows

A lawsuit was filed against Air Lines and UNIDENES by passengers who claim to be accused of a window, but they found themselves sitting next to an empty wall.

The lawsuits, filed separately against American transport companies, seek to obtain millions of dollars from damage to more than a million customers from each airline.

They said that companies do not explain that the seats without windows during the reservation process, even when shipping a bonus for them.

United refused to comment because it was a continuous legal issue. BBC Delta called for comment.

Lawwood lawsuits, which are formulated, seek to recover the additional fees for travelers who said they paid for the windows, but they obtained seats without windows instead.

Both claims, which were seen by BBC, were filed by Greenbau Olbantz.

The complaints said that some Boeing and Airbus passengers have seats that do not contain windows due to the air conditioning channel, wires or other components.

These seats are not marked by Delta and a unit during the reservation process, according to court documents.

Claims say that people buy window seats for various reasons, including addressing fear of flying and movement disease, and keeping children busy or opinion.

Some passengers had not chosen these seats – or paid more against them – if they knew that they had no windows, according to complaints.

The documents said that both flying describe each seat on both sides of their aircraft as a “window seat”, even when they know that some are not next to a window.

Passengers may be shipped to select a window seat compared to a standard seat.

Lawyers who represent all the practice of practice described it as “deceptive” and “illegal.”

They added that other transport companies, such as US Airlines and Alaska airlines, are working on similar aircraft, but they reveal during the reservation process if the seat does not include a window.
