Minutes after his trial, Judge Ryan Roth, the man accused of trying to assassinate Donald Trump, was tried by the judge for his denying the matter.
“It seems that modern trials are eliminating everything that is human,” said Roth, who is defending himself, to the allies when he started his opening statements on Thursday.
He opened with the “History” of the human existence, but it was cut within minutes by Judge Eilen Cannon, who excused the jury and told Ruth that he had to restrict his comments on the case.
Ruth agreed and apologized, but the judge cut it again when he appealed, and I informed Ruth that his opening notes have ended.
For the sake of the prosecution, lawyer John Shipply Junior said in his opening that by trying to assassinate Trump in the midst of the 2024 elections, Ruth decided to choose the choice away from the American people.
Mr. Shipley said that mobile phone data, safety shots and handwritten observation by Ruth indicates that it is an intention to kill Trump, in addition to the fact that the eyewitness certificate will prove the case with no doubt.
The American Secret Service agent, who saw that he had discovered a man hiding on the vicinity of the West Palm Beach stadium in Trump, was the first government witness to take the situation.
In the court, Robert Fercano identified the man he discovered last year with a scroll fence as Roth, who sat alone watching from the defense table wearing a gray jacket and a blue tie.
Mr. Fercano witnessed that while he was patrolling in the area near the sixth hole of the golf course, he saw a face, armored paintings, and what seemed to be a AK weapon muzzle flowing through the fence.
After calling, “Sir,” Mr. Fercano realized that a weapon was directed to him, and called for backups while moving away.
The jury heard the voice of Mr. Fercano Radio after he separated his weapon in Ruth:
At the request of the public prosecutors, the agent stood before the jury carrying a semi -automatic SKS rifle that they claim illegally obtained and used in the assassination attempt.
Then Ruth began interrogating him – about a year later, Mr. Fercano said he came face to face with him at Trump’s Golf Club.
“I know that you were armed on my face,” Mr. Fakano told Mr. Ruth in response to questions about the arms.
Ruth is accused of five crimes, including an attempt to assassinate a major presidential candidate as well as firearms, among other things. He admitted that he was not guilty.
The jury includes 7 women and 5 men, sitting on Wednesday after three days of selection. There are 4 alternatives (2 women and men).
Ruth tried to reject potential jurors in the relations between law enforcement, citing bias, but the judge said that his reasons were not valid for the separation.
