Five people died after a tourist bus in New York State through West New York, according to New York State Police.
The police said the group was returning from Niagara Falls on the borders of the United States and Canada to New York City when the witnesses saw that the car was losing control and delivering it. Most of the victims are tourists from India, China and the Philippines, according to the police.
New York Governor Cathy Hochol said local officials “are working to save and help all concerned.”
Ambulances and medical helicopters were sent to the crash site, near the town of Pimberruck, 30 miles (48 km) east of Bovalo.
The police said earlier that the child was among the dead, but they now said that this is not the case.
Police confirmed that the 52 people on board the plane at the time of a crash between one and 74 years old.
The police said that some of the victims were brought up from the car when it was shattered, and it is believed that most of them did not wear seat belts.

The Red Cross opened the family reunification center to connect children and parents who were transferred to various hospitals.
The authorities require drivers with Dashcam footage of the accident to apply to help them.
