Flames burn near Madrid as wildfires sweep Spain and Portugal

Emergency sets are fighting multiple strange fires through Spain and Portugal, as a standard wave continues throughout Europe. Firefighters throughout the night worked on Monday in an attempt to contain the fire that burns in the municipality of Tres Cantos, which is 23 km north of Madrid. Officials say that intense temperatures in Spain and Portugal continue until Wednesday, and expectations reach up to 44 degrees Celsius.
