The mayor of the city, Eric Adams, says that the gunman who killed four people when he stormed a skyscraper in the heart of New York on Monday evening, seemed to blame the National Football League (NFL) for a brain injury.

Adams said that the gunman was carrying a note in which he blamed CTE, a disease in the brain shock, for his mental illness.

Tamura played a teenage football but did not play in the American Football Association, and former teammates have told us the media.

The New York City police officer Dedarol, 36, who was working as a security guard in the building, was among the dead.

The last of the victims was an employee of the Blackson securities, whose company named Wesley Lipatner.

Two male civilians were also killed. The Roger Jodel League Commissioner wrote in a letter to the employees.

A statement issued by US President Donald Trump, who was visiting Scotland, said he was briefed on “tragic shooting.”

The statement said that Trump trusts in American law enforcement agencies “to reach the bottom of the reason for this crazy madness, such a meaningless act of violence.”

When asked about a possible motive on the part of Tamura, Eric Adams told CBS: “[He] He had no observation. The note hinted that he felt that he was suffering from a well -known brain injury to those who participate in sports.

“He seemed to blame the American Football Association for his injury.”

CTE, or chronic painful encephalopathy, is a brain disease associated with frequent strikes to the head.

“My mental study please,” the alleged Tamura memo said, according to a senior official that spoke to ABC news. Tamura is said to have written: “I am sorry.”

The teammates of the NBC News team said that the alleged striker was an American footballer during his California high school.

A classmate Tamura recalls as Jokey, describing him as a former coach as being talented and working hard and who made a “great player”.

After opening the fire in the building, it is believed that Tamura entered the elevator to the thirty -third floor of the skyscraper and continued to shoot.

Mayor Adams said that a preliminary investigation showed that the gunman accidentally went to the Roden Administration Office, which owned the building.

Tamura later turned his weapon on himself.

The accident brought parts of the center of Manhattan and public transport to stop. The BBC reported at the scene of the accident of seeing dozens of police vehicles and at least one person with a blood stained on a stretcher.

Approachs reported hearing what appeared to be gunshots and the police told those in the area, including the BBC, to house nearby buildings.

The police worked on each floor separately to wipe the building, an effort that took hours.

A woman, Nikisha Lewis, said she was having dinner with friends in the square when she heard the shooting. “I felt that you were in an almost ancient area,” she told NBC News.

Mrs. Lewis said she saw an injured man running out of the building, and described the accident as “the most frightening situation in which I was.”
