The American judge once again prevented President Donald Trump from implementing an executive order that ends the correct citizenship of the birth of some American population as he challenges the legal challenge forward.
A judge in New Hampshire approved a lawsuit against the order against Trump’s executive order, and temporarily suspended the president’s order.
The collective lawsuit was filed by the American Civil Liberties Union on behalf of the immigrant fathers and their infants.
The decision comes weeks after the Supreme Court submitted restrictions on how and when comprehensive orders are issued by federal courts. However, the decision still allows them through some legal means.
A collective lawsuit was submitted after the Supreme Court’s decision, in line with the new standards set by the court.
However, the White House challenged the validity of the judge.
“Today’s decision is a clear and illegal attempt to circumvent the apparent Supreme Court order against comprehensive relief. The decision of this judge ignores the ruling of the law by offending the procedures for a collective case certificate,” Harison Fields spokesman said in a statement on Thursday. “The Trump administration will fight vigorously against the attempts of these rogue provincial courts to hinder the policies that President Trump has been executed for implementation.”
The United States constitution guarantees the citizenship of all of them born on American soil, but Trump has sought to cancel this right for children born to illegal immigrants and foreign visitors, as part of the campaign to immigrate.
The collective lawsuit seeks to challenge the matter as harmful and unconstitutional, and the judge has decided that it could extend on behalf of the children who will be affected by restrictions.
The ruling also stops again for a priority for Trump. The judge gave the government seven days to appeal.
The restriction of the newly born citizenship was one of his first business.
Multiple courts across the United States have issued judicial orders worldwide because they have looked at the legal challenges of this matter.
The Trump administration has resumed that temporary to the highest American court, as the judges had no presidential warranty authority at the national level while the courts looked at cases.
The conservative majority of the Supreme Court sided with Trump in the ruling of 6-3, which reduces the judiciary on a large scale, although the judges did not address the constitutionality of the order of citizenship in Trump.
In the wake of the Supreme Court’s decision, Trump’s order was scheduled to enter on July 27.
